01  ·  Why this matters

Aging itself isn’t the problem — it’s when the face you see in the mirror stops matching how you feel that the gap starts to bother. The tired pull at the eyes after a full week. The flatter cheeks. The little vertical lines that didn’t used to be there at rest. None of it is dramatic, all of it adds up.

A good rejuvenation plan isn’t about chasing youth. It’s about quietly returning the face to the version of itself that already looked right.

At Restart Medical, we build that plan in layers — relaxing where the muscle is overworking, restoring volume where it’s thinned out, and conditioning the skin itself so the surface holds up. The result is subtle, considered, and unmistakably you.

02  ·  The approach

A layered, non-surgical plan.

Most clients don’t need a single treatment; they need a small, well-sequenced combination. Anti-wrinkle injections soften dynamic lines. Dermal fillers replace lost volume where the face has flattened. Skin boosters and polynucleotides condition the surface from within. Microneedling and radiofrequency tighten and refine.

What we don’t do is over-treat. We map your face at consultation, agree the priorities together, and stage the work across sessions so the change comes in gradually — never all at once.

3 layers
Relax. Restore. Condition. The face ages on more than one front, so a single product rarely covers it. Our plans sequence muscle relaxation, volume restoration, and skin conditioning — tuned to your face, not a template.
03  ·  Why Restart Medical

Clinical-grade products, considered placement.

Anti-aging treatment ages badly when it’s rushed or overdone. Here’s how we’re structured to avoid that.

01

Medical-Grade Products Only

FDA/MHRA-compliant toxins and CE-marked HA fillers from manufacturers we trust — not online generics.

02

Clinically Trained Injectors

Every injection is delivered by a nurse-led, clinically trained practitioner with anatomical assessment training.

03

Face-Mapped Consultation

We assess your face dynamically — how it moves — before deciding what to relax, what to restore.

04

Staged Over Sessions

Where appropriate we split the plan across visits so the change reads as natural, not sudden.

05

No Pressure to Over-Treat

If you don’t need it, you won’t be sold it. We’d rather you came back next year than left looking done.

06

Discreet Treatment Rooms

Private consultation and treatment spaces — quiet, calm, no waiting-room overlap.

07

Two Locations

Clinics in Barnsley and London. Pick wherever fits your week.

08

Direct Aftercare

Direct access to your practitioner between visits for any settling questions or follow-up review.

05  ·  How a plan unfolds

Step by step.

From your first consultation to long-term maintenance — a clear path, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Consultation & Face Mapping

We sit down, review your concerns and medical history, and assess your face both at rest and in animation. We agree the priorities together before any product is decided.

Step 1: Consultation & Face Mapping
  2. 02

    Plan & Sequencing

We agree which modalities to use — toxin, filler, boosters, or a combination — and in what order. A written plan with realistic outcomes is shared before consent.

    Step 2: Plan & Sequencing
  3. 03

    Skin Prep

The treatment area is cleansed and, where useful, a topical anaesthetic is applied. We mark landmarks carefully before any injection.

    Step 3: Skin Prep
  4. 04

    The Treatment

Most sessions take 30–60 minutes depending on the plan. Injections are delivered with fine needles or cannulas; skin treatments are layered over multiple passes. You’re comfortable throughout.

    Step 4: The Treatment
  5. 05

    Settle & Aftercare

Mild redness or pinpoint marks may be visible for a few hours. We provide written aftercare and the do’s/don’ts for the first 48 hours.

    Step 5: Settle & Aftercare
  6. 06

    Review & Maintain

A complimentary review at 2–3 weeks confirms how the work has settled. Top-ups or future sessions are booked at the right interval for your products.

    Step 6: Review & Maintain
06  ·  What to expect

What results can you realistically expect?

01

Softer Dynamic Lines

Crow’s feet, forehead lines, and frown lines visibly soften as the muscles relax over the first two weeks.

02

Restored Mid-Face Volume

Where filler is used, flattened cheeks and tear-troughs regain a subtle lift that supports the rest of the face.

03

Better Skin Quality

Skin boosters and polynucleotides improve hydration, fine texture, and tone over 4–8 weeks of cellular activity.

04

You, Just Rested

The aim is recognisability, not transformation. Friends notice you look well — not that you’ve had work done.

05

Preventative Benefit

Relaxing overactive muscles early slows the etching of deeper static lines over years, not just months.

06

Light Long-Term Maintenance

Most plans settle into a comfortable 6–18 month maintenance rhythm rather than constant top-ups.

07  ·  Is it safe?

Clinical standards you can trust.

Anti-aging injectables have decades of clinical track record when delivered properly. Here’s what we do to keep your sessions as safe as they are effective.

09  ·  FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Will I look frozen or overdone?

No — that’s the whole point of how we plan. We dose conservatively, review at two weeks, and add a small amount more only if needed. The aim is for you to look rested, not changed.

How long until I see results?

Anti-wrinkle injections begin to soften lines within 3–5 days and reach their peak around day 14. Filler results are visible immediately but settle properly over 2–3 weeks. Skin boosters and polynucleotides develop over 4–8 weeks as the skin rebuilds.

How long do the results last?

Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months at first, extending with regular treatment. Hyaluronic acid fillers last 6–18 months depending on the product and area. Skin boosters and polynucleotides are usually given as a short course with results lasting several months.

Will it hurt?

Most clients describe injections as a brief pinch. Topical numbing is offered where useful, and most modern fillers contain their own anaesthetic. Skin boosters and microneedling involve a mild stinging sensation that settles quickly.

Is there downtime?

Minimal. You may see small pinpoint marks, mild redness, or occasional bruising for 24–72 hours. Most clients return to work the same day or the next.

Can the results be reversed?

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed using hyaluronidase. Anti-wrinkle injections cannot be reversed but wear off naturally over a few months. We always discuss this fully at consultation.

What products do you use?

We use FDA/MHRA-approved toxins and CE-marked hyaluronic acid filler brands with strong clinical track records, alongside trusted skin booster ranges such as Profhilo and Seventy Hyal. Specific products are confirmed at consultation.

What should I avoid before treatment?

Where possible, avoid alcohol, NSAIDs, and high-dose vitamin E for 24 hours before treatment to reduce bruising. Stay well hydrated. We’ll give you a written prep checklist after consultation.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the products and number of areas treated. We provide transparent, fixed pricing at consultation — no hidden fees, no surprise upgrades.
