Skincare Products
Skincare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. Opened or used items cannot be accepted unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact the team at info@restartmedical.co.uk before initiating a return.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, defective or incorrectly issued cards may receive assistance within 14 days of discovery.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. For Klarna transactions, refunds flow through Klarna's system, which may require additional processing time.
Exceptions
The clinic reserves the right to deny returns failing to meet stated conditions.
